Stacy is a certified Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. She is very passionate about teaching fitness and helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Stacy promotes a common sense approach that includes eating healthy and keeping active daily. She encourages clients to make sustainable life style changes and to keep fitness fun!

One of Stacy's fitness passions is running. She accomplished her goal of qualifying and running the Boston Marathon in April 2011 and has since found a love for trail running. She completed her first 100 mile Ultra Marathon in June 2016 and has since completed seven 100 mile ultra marathons on different trails around Canada and the United States.
